NOTICE
Red Creek Ranch Newton POA’s policy is to oppose all new license applications for retail or medical marijuana grow or manufacturing operations within it’s Property Owners Association. Pueblo County's Liquor & Marijuana Licensing Board now requires that an applicant must show there is a desire among the Inhabitants of the HOA or POA to have a licensed operation within the HOA or POA.
On the November 28th, 2016 meeting of the Pueblo County Liquor & Marijuana Licensing Board a license application was denied because a large majority of the inhabitants of Red Creek Ranch Newton POA opposed approval and the applicant could not show any desire among the inhabitants to have a licensed operation within their POA.
